2. Service Description

2.1 AI Image Conversion

ImageToSketch provides artificial intelligence-powered image conversion services that transform photographs into black and white line art sketches. Our service is designed for creative, educational, and artistic purposes.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

2.3 Point System

Our Service operates on a point-based system where each image conversion consumes one (1) point. New registered users receive 10 free points, and guest users receive 3 free points for trial purposes.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account through our secure authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Guest Usage

Limited functionality is available to guest users without registration. Guest sessions are temporary and subject to usage limitations.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our conversion service. We do not claim ownership of your original content.

5.2 Generated Content

The AI-generated sketches created from your images belong to you. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

ImageToSketch, our AI models, software, and related technologies are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1 Point Purchases

Points can be purchased through our secure payment system. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.

6.2 Refund Policy

For other refund requests, please contact our support team at support@imagetosketch.app. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and typically processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Data Security and Privacy

7.1 Image Processing

Your uploaded images are processed securely and automatically deleted within 30 minutes. We never permanently store your original images or use them for any purpose other than providing our service.

8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

8.1 AI Limitations

• Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
• Processing time may vary based on system load
• Service availability is subject to maintenance periods

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
